Tito Sotto files candidacy
MANILA, Philippines--Former senator Vicente \"Tito\" Sotto III, was accompanied by his brother, television host Vic Sotto; wife, actress Helen Gamboa; and daughters, including actress-singer Ciara, when he went to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Intramuros, Manila on Feb. 11, 2007 to file his certificate of candidacy for senator.
